We specialize in exporting premium agricultural commodities such as rice, cumin seeds, bay leaves, turmeric, and other spices. Because our products are natural and agricultural, slight variations in color, size, aroma, and taste may occur between different batches or harvest seasons. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but these natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Customs (International Orders)

All prices listed are subject to change based on market fluctuations. For domestic orders, prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. For International Orders: The buyer (importer) is entirely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, clearing fees, or other levies applied by the destination country's government.

4. Export & Import Compliance

When purchasing for international delivery, you (the buyer) are responsible for ensuring that the agricultural products comply with the import laws of your country. EURASIASTONEINDIA will provide standard export documentation (such as commercial invoices and basic phytosanitary certificates as agreed upon), but we are not liable if the destination country's customs hold, seize, or reject the shipment due to local import restrictions.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Any information provided on this website regarding the health benefits of our spices (e.g., turmeric, cumin) is for general informational purposes only. Our products are intended for culinary and food-processing use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. User Responsibilities
